We do not require you to create an account to use the App, and we do not knowingly collect your name, home address, or other directly identifying information unless you voluntarily provide it (for example, by emailing us).

The free version of PicWord displays advertisements served by Google AdMob to support the App's development. These ads may be personalized based on your interests and activity, where you have given permission.
On iOS devices, the App will request your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before tracking your activity for personalized advertising. You can change this permission at any time in Settings → Privacy → Tracking.
For users located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the App displays a consent form (via Google's User Messaging Platform) before showing personalized ads, in line with GDPR requirements. You can manage or withdraw your consent at any time from the App's settings.
You can remove all advertising permanently by purchasing the "Remove Ads" option available in the App's shop.
The App offers optional in-app purchases (such as coin packs and ad removal). Payments are processed securely by Apple App Store or Google Play — PicWord does not receive or store your payment card details.
Gameplay progress, coin balance, and settings are stored locally on your device. Analytics and crash data are retained by our service providers according to their own retention policies, typically for up to 14 months. If you contact us by email, we retain that correspondence only as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry.
PicWord is suitable for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures, and rely on the security practices of our service providers (Google Firebase, Apple, Google Play), to help protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
